Spring is a special time at My Sisters’ Place. While we provide services and support to victims of interpersonal violence throughout the year, Sexual Assault Awareness Month in April gives us the opportunity to draw specific attention to the impact of sexual assault on our community, and to declare that prevention is possible.

In honor of Sexual Assault Awareness Month,  we invite you to join My Sisters’ Place in preventing sexual violence by planting seeds of hope in our community.

In this issue of our newsletter, you can learn more about our Seeds Of Hope campaign, and how to support MSP and our mission in the community. Seeds of Hope will include a month of events, fundraisers, a planting of a Hope Tree, and county-wide proclamations recognizing SAAM in Lincoln County. Our organization will be distributing seed packets of hope and placing teal ribbons around the county to represent our clients who experienced sexual assault in 2015.

We hope you join the conversation with us in April, and we cherish your support of MSP all year long.
