Interpersonal Violence

Interpersonal violence is when an individual uses emotional, psychological, economic, physical and/or sexual to exert power and control over their partner. Abusive partners tend to pick victims who are vulnerable and may be perceived as lacking credibility. Interpersonal violence is never the victim’s fault. There is help available.

My Sisters’ Place provides emergency intervention services and ongoing support to individuals that have experienced interpersonal violence, as well as other forms of abuse.
